Now you might be wondering that I will ask you to have soupSalad, low-fat milk or share some sort of a fad diet and basically starve the hell out of youBut we all have tried that soup and salad diet before and we know that it does not work so todayI’m going to share with you a tried and tested Indian diet plan that I’ve personally used to lose over 10 kgsAnd this diet will eat everything that you love to eat as a childBut most importantly unlike the other fad diets this guide will instantly make you feel energetic lightBut most importantly it will help you lose weightSo let’s get started!The first thing that you need to have as soon as you wake up is a glass of water because it will boost your metabolismFlush out the toxins and it will hydrate your bodiesThanks to our hectic lifestyle more often than not our breakfast suffersBut if you want to lose weight and have the energy to kickstart your dayand then make sure that you never skip breakfast you can start your day with some delicious egg Bhurji with Roti orHalf-Plane paratha with curd or the breakfast that I personally love is a good trade of Idli with Coconut Chutney DosaPoha upma are also healthy breakfast optionsBut if you are in a hurry then just grab two boiled eggs and some local seasonal soup around 11 a. m. We start to feel hungry again, but it is too soon for lunchSo this is the best time to have your regular cup of Chai or coffee you can also have some roasted peanutsDry foods or 2 boiled eggs, but make sure that you have at least one egg yolk with it. We usually have the tendency of leading out the yolk thinking that it is too high in cholesterolOr it’ll make us fatbut on the contrary believe me when I say this an egg is aPowerhouse it has all the nutrients minerals vitamins that are required for a body to function properlyIn fact I made an entire video explainingHow an egg can actually help you lose weight? So do check it out now for lunchWe want to make it a whole meal. So make sure that you start with some solid freshly cut cucumbers,Beetroot, carrotAnd then you can move on to some curry with Rice or rotiFor curry you can have some chicken mixed vegetables Dal paneerBut make sure that you include a bowl of curd because curd not only helps you with digestionBut will also help you lose weightand it’s like all of the dairy products curd is great for your teeth and your bones. The reason why we gain weight is becauseWe eat when we are hungryBut we don’t stop when we are not hungry instead. We stop when we are full or over full especially during lunchWe are with our colleagues or watching television, so even if we are done at the end of that second rotiWe still have that third Roti?and that forth roti andThat is what leads to weight gain. Now around 4:00 to 4:30 is a very dangerous time because we tend to be hungry pluswe carry work stress because of that stress for comfort we turn to that delicious looking cupcake or samosa orcola Basically junk foodSo the best way to avoid all of this is to carry a box of healthy snacks with you and keep munching on it. Some of your best options are a fruit any local seasonal food bead banana Mango watermelonApple you can have a peanut butter with a slice of whole wheat bread or you can have some freshly cut vegetables like carrot cucumberBeetroot if you want this guy to work fasterThen make sure that you include some sort of physical activity in your daily schedule. You can start by working light jog running around yourApartment or your office building you can join a nearby gymYou can pick up a sport dance swimmingAnything that gets your body movingOr if you want to workout at home then do check out of five minute home workout video thatWe created that you can do at home without any equipmentYou can repeat this workout three to four times the gap of two to three minutes in between whatever it isJust find a physical activity that you love to do and make sure that you stick to it consistently. Immediately after you workoutyou need a combination of proteins as well as carbs and your best options are egss or milk andBanana or sweet potato just make sure that you have these within fifteen to thirty minutes of your workoutThey know you can have the same thing that you had for your lunch if you’re having dal rice make sure you have more dalAnd slightly less rice you can have your roti your favorite home-cooked subji paneer. Just make sure that there’s more subji and less rotiYou can even have grilled chicken with fishJust make sure that you have an early dinner and have a gap of at least three hours between dinner and the time you sleepFinally have a glass of warm milk before bedI know most of all avoid milk thinking that will make us gain weightBut if you’re having a well-balanced diet without your maharaja Mac or french fries or coke then it would?Just make sure that you don’t add any sugar or sweetener to your milkI personally do not like how milk tastesSo I add a pinch of haldi to it. At the end of all of this make sure that you get a good night sleepfor atleast 7 to 8 hours because even lack of sleep causes weight gain remember if you’d really all lose weightThen you don’t need a dietitian.
